GOOD MORNING

Feeling full of energy today, which might have to do with the quad shot cappuccino I am drinking, but I feel good. Just waiting for my mom to show up to the office right now. Last night we had mac n cheese w/ yogurt instead of butter and milk, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and of course ham. It was good. Then we sat at the table eating cookies and reading our new magazines, talking about what I should bake. I fell asleep really early surrounded by magazines. Bunny is obssesed with illegal downloading on the computer, which is fine because he seems to know what he is doing. and he always downloads cds and stuff that i like. Plus he used to spend so much money on video games and now he downloads them.
This morning he dropped me off at Starbuckss and I got my cappuccino than walked about 2 miles to my mom's office. It was a nice walk and I looked at all the cool seventies style buildings along the way. And I didn't smoke!!! I have cut my smoking down a tad. Baby steps. I realized I have been smoking full time for well over 10 years. Ewww. But I am not going to dwell on the negative today since today has started off so nicely.

What kind of office does your mom run?

Congrats on not smoking! You are motivating me! I'm going to try to avoid my usual afternoon smoke today. I think that a lot of times I smoke more out of habit (I'm a creature of routines) than craving.

They just banned smoking on one of the campuses here. It doesn't sound like they can really enforce it, though. When are you starting school?

I start school next tuesday, just going part time this term and working 2 days a week to ease myself into it. I haven't used my brain for academics in a while, so I want to give it some time before I jump into things too crazy!
I am hoping that school with help with trying to have healthy lifestyle! they have free yoga and gym and the campus is set in a forest-like setting.
